Type C Conductive Yarns
Conductive yarns are mainly woven in the bag body cloth and sling of type C anti-static big bag. It can conduct electricity through grounding.

INFORMATION
The use of conductive yarns earth bonding can effectively remove the static electricity generated during loading or unloading. It can avoid dangerous situations such as combustion and explosion. Many chemical raw materials are flammable and explosive, and these products are of high price and strict transportation conditions. The use of Conductive Type C FIBCs or PP woven FIBC, can reduce safety risks for end users, reduce transportation costs. What needs special attention is that type C anti-static big bags are mainly used in the fields of dangerous goods near flammable powder, flammable liquid or gas, such as minerals, medicine, chemicals, food, etc. For good quality conductive yarns, the density of manufacturing technology is usually higher than that of PP flat filament fibers, which requires the use of multilayer co-extrusion equipment for composite stretching.
• Usually conductive carbon fiber filament yarns are interweave with FIBC woven fabric space that is 5mm-10mm
• Antistatic type C big bag is interconnected conductive loops to enable grounding via a ( grounded ) hoist system
• Inner or outer surfaces of anti-static FIBC big bag- thin coating
• Breakdown voltage to the conductive threads must not exceed 6 kV
• The larger of elongation at break, the conductive yarn is not likely to break yarn, the smaller of elongation at break, the yarn is likely to break
• Because the resistance increases with the decrease of the conductivity, it’s not easy to conduct electricity, then vice versa
• Consists of around 95% of carbon atoms
